30例口臭患者中19例有明显的口腔局部病变,年龄为22～67岁,女性11例,男性8例,龋齿5例,牙龈炎9例,牙结石3例,牙齿松动Ⅰ°～Ⅲ°2例。患者口臭时间1个月～3年不等,均否认有全身系统性疾病及鼻窦炎、咽峡炎、鼻腔肿瘤等。口腔检查可见龋坏、残冠、残根、食物嵌塞、牙龈出血、牙结石、个别牙松动,牙周袋内少量分泌物。咽腔无充血无滤泡,扁桃体无红肿。分别治疗龋齿,进行根管治疗,恢复牙间接触点,拔除残冠、残根和个别松动牙后口臭改善。根据需要给予全口洁、刮治,3％双氧水冲洗,局部上碘酚后,牙龈出血消失,口臭改善。仅有2例患者经上述治疗后口臭和牙龈出血无明显改善。另外11例为全身病理性因素引起,年龄35～68岁,女性7例,男性4例。患者自诉近几年来无龋齿及其
