本文对纯净LaF_3晶体及掺有0.1mol%稀土杂质的LaF_3晶体进行了18~290K热释光谱的测量和讨论。在所有样品中都观测到了位于250~450nm的本征发光峰,一次发光在70~90K,另一次在120~135K。峰温度与热激活能均与所掺的稀土杂质的离子半径有关。第一次发光主要为单纯的本征发光,第二次主要为受稀土杂质扰动的本征发光。
In this paper, the LaF_3 crystals doped with 0.1mol% and rare earth doped LaF_3 crystal were measured and discussed 18 ~ 290K thermoluminescence spectra. The intrinsic luminescence peak at 250-450 nm was observed in all samples, with one emission at 70-90K and the other at 120-135K. The peak temperature and thermal activation energy are related to the ionic radius of the doped rare earth impurities. The first luminescence is purely intrinsic luminescence, the second is mainly intrinsic luminescence perturbed by rare earth impurities.
