应用岩石学方法对用不同产地纸浆制造硅砖进行了较系统的观察,根据物理化学理论初步探计了碱金属氧化物 Na_2O 在硅砖中的作用,分析了硅砖网状裂纹产生的原因。Na_2O 使石英有着极强的转化能力,致使在烧成过程中砖表面的石英颗粒转化急剧,而中心部分转化缓慢。由于 SiO_2形态变化产生的不同体积变化而形成的结构应力,是硅砖产生网状裂纹的主要原因。
The petrological method was used to observe the silica bricks made from pulp from different origins. Based on the theory of physical chemistry, the role of alkali metal oxide Na 2 O in the silica bricks was initially explored, and the reasons for the formation of reticular cracks in the silica bricks were analyzed. Na 2 O makes quartz have a strong ability to transform, resulting in the sharp transformation of quartz particles on the brick surface during the firing process, and the central part of the transformation is slow. The structural stress caused by the different volume changes caused by the change in the morphology of SiO2 is the main reason for the occurrence of reticular cracks in silica bricks.
