出乎李明辉先生本人意料之外,他对于“大陆新儒家”简短的点评却激起了两岸儒家的论战。围绕着大陆新儒家/港台新儒家和政治儒学/心性儒学这两个相互关联的议题,辩论最终落到了在古今中西的交汇中,儒家如何自我定位的问题。在这一过程中,随着表达中的情绪化因素被逐步克服,两岸儒家不同的问题意识和自我预期最终也得到了各自的澄清。而如何看待古今/中西,既为本次辩论定了基调,也成为阻碍它推进的障碍。
Out of the expectation of Mr. Li Minghui himself, his brief comment on the “New Neo-Confucianism in Mainland China” provoked the polemic between Confucianism on both sides of the Strait. Around two Neo-Confucianism, RTHK, Confucianism, Confucianism and Confucianism, the debate finally fell into the question of how Confucianism should position itself at the intersection of China and the West. In this process, as the emotional elements of expression are gradually overcome, the different issues of awareness and self-expectation of Confucian scholars in the two sides of the Taiwan Strait finally get their own clarifications. How to view ancient, modern, ancient and modern China is not only the keynote tone for this debate, but also an obstacle to its progress.
