我国的医疗市场已逐步呈现出以公立医院为主体,其他民营医院并存的局面。从当前的发展趋势看,医疗市场的竞争关键是医院掌握核心医疗技术的人力资源的竞争,医疗人力资源的管理就显得非常重要,尤其是薪酬的分配,直接影响到医院能否提供优质、高效的医疗服务质量,也影响到医疗人员队伍的稳定性。护理队伍是医院内一个提供护理技术服务的大群体,在医院业务发展中发挥着重要作用。医院应逐步建立起一套对护理人员的绩效考核、薪酬分配、激励机制公平可行的分配制度,充分调动广大护理人员的工作积极性,更好地服务于广大患者。
