采用干灰化—原子吸收分光光度计法,测定了田间高产条件下冬小麦各器官含铜量。结果表明,麦株内铜含量随生育进程呈“N”型变化,其中峰、谷分别位于拔节期和乳熟期;铜吸收量随生育进程而递增;体内铜的累积分配重心随各生育期的生长中心而转移,拔节前绝大多数累积在叶片内,拔节后转向茎,开花后再由茎逐渐移向穗。形成100kg籽粒需吸收铜307g。
The dry ash - atomic absorption spectrophotometer was used to determine the copper content in various organs of winter wheat under field high yield conditions. The results showed that the content of copper in wheat plants changed “N” with the growth process. The peaks and valleys were located at the jointing stage and the milking stage respectively.
