为了配合我市高中体育与健康课程标准的具体实施,充分体现“健康第一”的指导思想。文章通过问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法,对我市部分学校的高中学生从对课外体育活动的认知态度,对课外体育活动项目、形式、场所的选择,参加课外体育活动的动机,影响高中生参加课外体育活动的因素等方面进行了调查,并得出结论,为学校及相关主管部门在贯彻实施高中体育与健康课程标准前了解和掌握学生参加课外体育活动的现状与规律,以便更好地开展课外体育活动提供参考依据。
