本研究以新陆中42号棉花品种为研究材料,研究两种处理的根冠关系,农艺性状,产量性状,成铃结构,光合速率、叶绿素等生理指标的差异。结果表明:(1)打顶与否棉花根系和地上部的差异很明显,不打顶处理的株高、主根长度、根冠比、经济系数高于打顶处理,而铃叶比、侧根长度相对较低,打顶有利于棉花侧根的发育;(2)打顶的单叶光合速率、叶绿素含量始终高于不打顶,打顶有利于光合能力:(3)7月31日前后处理的棉花现蕾量都达到峰值,不打顶比打顶的单株蕾数多9.2个;(4)不打顶棉花的中下部果枝上的棉铃铃重、衣分、比强度和马克隆值比打顶高,而籽指和绒长结果相反;(5)打顶与否霜前籽棉产量差异达到显著水平。综合分析认为,在目前的栽培条件下棉花打顶栽培技术可行,对提高棉花产量起非常重要的作用,同时为新疆棉花简化节本增效栽培和棉花科学调控技术提供科学依据。。
In this study, we studied the differences of root-canopy relationship, agronomic traits, yield traits, boll forming structure, photosynthetic rate, chlorophyll and other physiological indexes of Xinluzhong 42 cotton variety. Comprehensive analysis shows that under the current cultivation conditions cotton top culture feasible, to improve the yield of cotton plays a very important role, at the same time for Xinjiang cotton to simplify the section of the synergistic cultivation and cotton science and technology to provide scientific basis. .
