钼硅合金在工业上有非常广泛的用途。目前,它以质量轻、强度大,耐腐蚀、加工性能好等许多优点在汽车制造、房屋建筑,军工生产等方面取代钢铁和其它材料。但是以往铝硅合金的生产方法基本上都是采用金属铝和金属硅的对掺法,此方法不但工艺过程繁琐,而且金属的氧化损失较大,生产成本较高。所以在近些年来,人们都在探讨和寻求新的更为经济的生产方法,用电解法生产铝硅合金则是一种较为经济可行的方法。
Molybdenum silicon alloys have a very wide range of uses in the industry. At present, it replaces steel and other materials with many advantages such as light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance and good processability in automobile manufacturing, building construction and military production. However, in the past, the production methods of aluminum-silicon alloy basically all used a pair of doping method of aluminum and silicon metal. This method not only is complicated in process but also has large oxidation loss of metal and high production cost. Therefore, in recent years, people are exploring and seeking new and more economical methods of production, the use of electrolytic production of aluminum-silicon alloy is a more economical and feasible method.
