目的研究不同培养基、不同植物激素和活性炭对天山雪莲组培苗生根的影响。方法采用7种培养基,3种植物激素和不同添加量的活性炭,通过测定天山雪莲的根长、根数和生根率3个生根指标来筛选最适生根培养基。结果有4种培养基可以促进生根,其中White培养基的效果最佳,根长达3.431cm,根数2条,生根率达80%;添加生长素IAA(吲哚乙酸)、IBA(吲哚丁酸)和NAA(萘乙酸)均可以促进生根,其中0.2mg·L-1的IAA的效果最佳,根长达到1.294cm,平均根数达到8条,生根率为100%;添加活性炭可以提高生根质量,最适添加量为1g·L-1。此时,平均根长为1.620cm,平均根数为9条,生根效果最佳。结论天山雪莲组培苗最适生根培养基为White+0.2mg·L-1IAA+1g·L-1活性炭。
Objective To study the effects of different media, different plant hormones and activated carbon on the rooting of Tianshan lotus seedlings. Methods Seven kinds of media, three kinds of plant hormones and different amount of activated carbon were used to determine the optimum rooting medium by measuring the root length, root number and rooting rate of three populations. Results Four kinds of media could promote rooting. Among them, White medium had the best effect with root length of 3.431cm and root number of 2 and rooting rate of 80%. IAA, IBA Butyrate) and NAA (naphthaleneacetic acid) could promote rooting. Among them, 0.2 mg · L-1 IAA had the best effect, with root length of 1.294 cm, average root number of 8 and rooting rate of 100% Improve rooting quality, the optimum dosage is 1g · L-1.
