爬行现象广泛地存在于低速运动的机器部件中。本文针对爬行的计算机辅助实验(CAT)中遇到的一个关键问题,即爬行光栅信号定间隔数据采集占用微机内存和处理工作量大的问题,进行理论和试验研究,提出一种变间隔数据采集原理,并给出一种在以Z80CPU单板机为核心而构成的微机辅助试验装置上具体应用的方法。该方法采用软件与硬件相互补充,解决了变间隔采样原理的主要技术问题。通过大量实际应用试验验证了原理和方法的正确性及可行性,从而为爬行CAT及爬行测量仪的智能化工作解决了一个关键性问题。
Creeping is widespread in low speed moving machine parts. In this paper, a key problem encountered in Computer Aided Crawling (CAT) crawling is that crawling grating signals occupy computer memory at a fixed interval and occupy a large amount of processing workload. Theoretical and experimental studies are conducted to propose a variable interval data acquisition Principle, and gives a specific application of the computer-aided test device formed by the Z80CPU single-board machine as the core. The method complements each other by using software and hardware and solves the main technical problems of variable interval sampling principle. The correctness and feasibility of the principle and method are verified through a large number of practical application tests, thus solving a key problem for the intelligent work of crawling CAT and crawler measuring instrument.
