酒精,人所共知系易燃危险物品,而酒呢?不论是白酒、黄酒、果酒、啤酒、料酒等等被称之玉汁琼浆的饮料也是危险物品吗?人们却不太清楚。事实上,酒精和酒都是易燃爆炸物品,只不过危险程度不同而已。《消防》杂志1983年第6期上介绍的资料《醇类火灾案例》就是一个证明。为了答复读者的提问,本刊特请公安部天津消防科研所的宋景文、刘良彬两同志就酒精和酒的性质、着火过程、起火原因及其消防措施,做一综合介绍。
