综述了当前对轧辊工作表面疲劳裂纹的研究方法,分析了影响疲劳裂纹产生及扩展规律的主要因素。结果表明,目前采用的研究方法主要是实验法和仿真方法;影响因素主要有碳化物、轧辊转速、冷却速度、载荷应力、表面纹理等。研究结果可为进一步研究轧辊工作表面裂纹的产生规律提供参考。
The current research methods of fatigue crack on working surface of roll are reviewed, and the main factors affecting the generation and propagation of fatigue crack are analyzed. The results show that the main research methods adopted at present are the experimental method and the simulation method. The influencing factors are carbide, roll speed, cooling rate, load stress, surface texture and so on. The results can provide a reference for further research on the law of generation of cracks on working surface of roll.
