一视同仁,出于韩愈的《昌黎先生集·原人》“是故圣人一视同仁;笃近而举远。”意为不分厚薄,同样看待。一视同仁对体育教学而言,我认为是指教师在处理与学生之间的关系时如对学生的态度、关心爱护学生等方面都要一样对待,不可厚此薄彼。要求教师要做到:不因学生表现好则近之,差则远之;不因学生成绩好而亲之,成绩差而弃之;更不能因为学生有残疾而歧视之。作为教师始终要牢记面向全体学生,关心全体学生,着力创造友好、平等、互助的教学环境,养成良好的师生人际关系。从而避免因教师主观臆 Non-discriminatory, out of Han Yu’s “Mr. Chang Li set the original people,” “so the saints are treated equally, Benedict and far away.” Meaning regardless of thickness, the same view.
