简述了石油天然气工业的发展对长输油气干线管道建设及安全可靠性提出的新要求,以及俄罗斯制管企业面临的新任务。介绍了乌克兰国立冶金工厂设计研究院对俄罗斯多家直缝焊管厂所进行的技术改造和设备更新,这些制管企业主要有:哈尔楚兹制管集团的第二焊管厂,维克松钢铁公司的ТБД焊管厂和沃尔什制管公司的530～1420焊管厂等。技术改造实施后,这些企业每年能生产符合现代标准的大直径焊管310万t,满足了市场的需求。
The new requirements of the oil and gas trunk pipeline construction and safety and reliability put forward by the development of the oil and gas industry are briefly described, as well as the new tasks the Russian steel pipe manufacturing enterprises are facing. This article introduces the technical renovation and equipment renewal made by Ukraine National Metallurgical Factory Design and Research Institute to several straight seam welded pipe mills in Russia. These pipemaking enterprises mainly include the second welded pipe factory of Halzsch Pipe Manufacturing Group, The company ТБД pipe plant and Walsh pipe company 530 ~ 1420 pipe plant and so on. After the implementation of technological transformation, these enterprises can produce 3.1 million tons of large-diameter welded pipe meeting the modern standards every year, which meets the market demand.
