本研究采用离子色谱测定了木薯渣中单糖的种类及含量。干木薯渣经研磨后,用硫酸水解,得到的水解液经稀释过滤后进样分析。样品在离子色谱仪上经过梯度洗脱后能被较好地分离,各组分在0.1~10 mg.L-1的浓度范围内均具有良好的线性关系,重现性(RSD<2.61%)及回收率(96%~104%)也满足仪器的分析要求。结果测得,木薯渣中最主要的单糖为葡萄糖,含量可高达81%,同时还有少量木糖、半乳糖及阿拉伯糖,未检测到甘露糖。
In this study, ion chromatography was used to determine the type and content of monosaccharides in cassava residues. After the dried cassava residue is ground, it is hydrolyzed with sulfuric acid, the hydrolyzed liquid obtained is diluted and filtered, and the sample is analyzed. The sample can be well separated after gradient elution on the ion chromatograph. The linearity and reproducibility (RSD <2.61%) of each component in the concentration range of 0.1 ~ 10 mg.L-1 And recovery (96% ~ 104%) also meet the analytical requirements of the instrument. The results showed that the main monosaccharide in cassava residue was glucose, up to 81%, with a small amount of xylose, galactose and arabinose, and no mannose was detected.
