大体积混凝土内宽槽回填的试验研究

一、前言大体积混凝土建筑物产生了危害性的裂缝,可用沿缝抽槽然后回填混凝土的处理措施,以恢复和保证建筑物的整体性。这需要研究解决两个问题:爆破抽槽的震动破坏影响及回填胶结的强度。关于第一个问题在《用爆破法在大体积混凝土内抽槽的试验研究》一文中已作详细报导。在第二个问题中,影响回填质量的主要是回填材料的体积变形,其中包括三个部份:温度变形、干缩及自生体积变形。因此,水泥性能的研究选择及回填的施工温度控制是本试验的中心课题。除在室内作了一些材料性能试验外,又在野外的大试件上作了施工控制试验。大试件长18米宽7米高5米,沿长度方向的中央抽挖一条宽2米的直槽,槽的一侧挖有键槽(图1)。试件尺寸及基础的选择,应考虑尽可能接近原型大体积混凝土的边界条件。如果试件浇在火成岩上,试件抽槽回填后,顶面及侧面均采用适当的保温措施。在试件内部及回填接缝面上埋设了观测仪器,又用大口径钻孔骑缝取样进行力学检验。根据所得 I.
