锦县总工会图书馆建于1958年,是综合性图书馆,以收藏借阅并举的精神为读者服务。藏书包括22个门类,无所不有,但并不系统。就借阅而言,凡本馆所有图书,已办理图书证的会员均可借阅。这种方式历经了30多年。由于社会形势不断发展,读者不断增加,我馆服务手段已远不及社会发展形势。表现如下: 1.藏书建设问题①读与用发生了很大变化。随着社会的发展,许多读者转向为用所学,他们要解决生产、业务的难题而来馆找书。由于读者分布于各行各业,又都有某一方面的读书目的,这对一个工会图书馆来说,很难解决读者的需求。②读者队伍发生了变化。读者中大都是青年,他们业余生活很丰富,读书只是其中的一部分。到图书
Jinxian Federation of Trade Unions Library was built in 1958, is a comprehensive library, collection and leveraging the spirit of serving readers. The book includes 22 categories, omnipresent, but not systematic. In terms of borrowing, all the books in this library can be borrowed if they have already applied for a library card. This method has lasted more than 30 years. Due to the continuous development of the social situation and the continuous increase of readers, the service means of our museum are far behind the social development. With the development of the society, many readers turn to find a museum for learning by using what they want to solve the problems of production and business. As the readers are distributed in all walks of life, they all have a certain purpose of reading. This is very hard for a union library to solve the needs of readers. ② The readership has changed. Readers are mostly young people, they are very rich amateur life, studying is only part of. To the book
