肝纤维化的准确诊断和分期是监测肝脏疾病进展和疗效的重要手段。至今其金标准仍然是肝活检评估结果,由于肝活检属创伤性检查,不能被用作人群筛查和监测疾病进展及观察疗效。自磁共振功能成像(MRI)普及以来,为无创地评估肝纤维化创造了条件,并已成为当前的研究热点。MRI包括:弥散加权成像、弹力成像、波谱成像和灌注成像。当前MRI对肝纤维化诊断和评估方面的研究已取得可喜成果,日益显示出其优势。本文就其研究概况作一介绍。
Accurate diagnosis and staging of liver fibrosis is an important means of monitoring the progress and efficacy of liver disease. To date, the gold standard is still the result of liver biopsy. Because liver biopsy is a traumatic examination, it can not be used as a population screening and monitoring of disease progression and observation of curative effect. Since the widespread use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), it has created the basis for noninvasive assessment of hepatic fibrosis and has become a current research hotspot. MRI includes: diffusion weighted imaging, elastography, spectral imaging and perfusion imaging. The current MRI has made gratifying achievements in the diagnosis and assessment of liver fibrosis and increasingly shows its advantages. This article gives an overview of its research.
