目的对嗜水气单胞菌进行鉴定并进行肠毒素检测与致病性分析。方法采用常规法分离培养,电子显微镜观察形态,用法国梅里埃VITEK32全自动微生物鉴定仪进行系统鉴定。乳鼠灌胃法测定热稳定性肠毒素(ST),小白鼠腹腔注射法测定其毒力。结果检出的嗜水气单胞菌均产热稳定性肠毒素(ST),具备较强的致病性。结论分离的嗜水气单胞菌具有较强毒力,与致病性密切相关。
Objective To identify Aeromonas hydrophila and to test its enterotoxin and pathogenicity. Methods The cells were isolated and cultured by the conventional method. The morphology of the cells was observed by electron microscopy. The system was identified by the French Mérieux VITEK32 automatic microbe analyzer. The heat-stable enterotoxin (ST) was determined by gavage in rats and the virulence of mice by intraperitoneal injection. Results Aeromonas hydrophila detection produced heat-stable enterotoxin (ST), with strong pathogenicity. Conclusion Aeromonas hydrophila isolated has strong virulence and is closely related to pathogenicity.
