本文对γ-氨基丁酸性质、代谢途径、生理功能、降压效果、商品开发等研究进展进行了综述。现有研究资料表明,γ-氨基丁酸在人或动物体内参与脑循环生理活动,具有降低血液中胆固醇含量、降血压等生理功能,但对其降压机理还有待深入研究。 In this paper, the research progress of γ-aminobutyric acid, metabolic pathways, physiological functions, antihypertensive effects and product development are reviewed. Existing research data show that γ-aminobutyric acid in human or animal body involved in cerebral circulation physiological activity, with lower blood cholesterol levels, lowering blood pressure and other physiological functions, but its antihypertensive mechanism remains to be further studied.
