目的了解商丘市乡镇卫生院医用诊断X射线拍片机性能状况,提高X射线机的诊断质量。方法按照《医用X射线诊断设备影像质量控制检测规范》WS/T189-1999[1],用PMX-1型时间计;SOLIDOSE300型数字式剂量仪进行检测。结果检测医用诊断X射线拍片机108台,合格11台,合格率仅为10.2%。结论乡镇卫生院X射线拍片机存在问题严重,应定期进行机器的质控检测,加大投入,加快对乡镇卫生院的医用诊断X射线拍片机的更新换代工作。
Objective To understand the performance of medical diagnostic X-ray film machines in Shangqiu Township Health Center and to improve the diagnostic quality of X-ray machines. Methods According to “Medical X-ray diagnostic equipment image quality control testing specification” WS / T189-1999 [1], with PMX-1 type time meter; SOLIDOSE300 digital dosimeter for testing. Results The number of medical diagnostic X-ray film machines was tested, of which 11 were qualified, with a pass rate of only 10.2%. Conclusion X-ray film-making machines in township hospitals are experiencing serious problems. Quality control tests of the machines should be carried out on a regular basis so as to increase investment and speed up the upgrading of medical diagnostic X-ray film machines at township hospitals.
