盐酸胍发新(Guanfacinc Hydrochloride)是治疗高血压的一种新药,其结构式为国外已有销售,但药典未见收载。最近,陕西省医药科研药厂在国内首次研制成功。国内外文献对其理化特性和分析方法报道很少。盐酸胍发新片的规格为0.5mg(以胍发新计),由于含量小,大量辅料易干扰测定;用uv法、非水滴定和定氮法等均不能得到满意结果。经我们试验,该药物能与溴麝香草酚蓝(BTB)形成稳定的离子对,可以用苯提取比色测定。我们按酸性染料比色法的要求进行了实验模索,确定了能得到准确结果的条件,方法简便,适用于常规片剂分析,也适用于含量均匀度的单片分析.
Guanfacine hydrochloride (Guanfacinc Hydrochloride) is a new drug for the treatment of hypertension, its structure has been sold abroad, but Pharmacopoeia did not contain. Recently, Shaanxi Province Pharmaceutical Research Pharmaceutical Factory successfully developed for the first time in China. Domestic and foreign literature on its physical and chemical properties and methods of analysis rarely reported. The specification of guanidine hydrochloride hair piece is 0.5mg (new guanidine hair). Due to the small content, a large number of excipients are easy to interfere with the determination. Uv method, non-aqueous titration method and nitrogen fixation method can not get satisfactory results. After our testing, the drug can form stable ion pairs with bromothymol blue (BTB) and can be measured by benzene colorimetric extraction. According to the requirement of acid dye colorimetric method, we carried out the experiment and confirmed the conditions that can get the accurate result. The method is simple, suitable for routine tablet analysis, but also for monolithic analysis of content uniformity.
