跨境商务的发展在近几年来都十分的迅速,在中国自然也是不例外的,其发展吸引了社会各界的重点关注,并且在政府部门方面也纷纷出台了相关的措施,对于跨境电子商务的未来发展也是高度重视,积极的引导企业参与进跨境电子商务中,为其营造一个有利环境,并且随着跨境电子商务的发展,逐渐的颠覆了传统的进出口模式,在得益于经济发展的基础上也相对的促进了经济的发展,而近几年来消费者的需求和企业偏好两方面的有力促进条件,使得跨境电子商务的发展得到空前的提高,但是,物极必反,一方面的发展过快接踵而至的就是其存在问题的明显产生,本文就针对中国当前的电子商务发展的现状,提出几点针对性的建议进行分析与探讨。
