在电镜下观察了胃癌组织内基板和成纤维细胞的变化。从胃癌细胞周围基板的改变看来,成纤维细胞合成并分泌原胶原,而粘多糖则由成纤维细胞或胃癌细胞产生,两种成分在癌细胞周围聚合成基板。基板的形成过程如下:最初,一小段基板出现在癌细胞一侧。以后 几小段基板连接形成完整的基板,围绕在癌细胞团周围。基板形成后,仍然可被癌细胞分解破坏。基板可能只是连系癌细胞和间质的一种结构,而不具有限制癌细胞浸润的作用。在胃癌组织中,成纤维细胞增生,胶原生成明显。
