目的掌握天津辖区高铁车站卫生情况,正确评估集中空调系统污染现状,探索管理模式。方法对辖区内高铁车站进行集中空调卫生评估,对集中空调通风系统的送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM1 0),送风中的细菌总数、真菌总数、β-溶血性链球菌,风管内表面细菌总数、真菌总数,风管内表面积尘量进行现场采样和实验室分析。结果送风中可吸入颗粒物(PM1 0)合格率为90.0%,送风中细菌总数合格率为76.7%,真菌总数合格率为73.3%,β-溶血性链球菌合格率为86.7%,风管内表面积尘量合格率为8 6.7%,细菌总数合格率为83.3%,真菌总数合格率为83.3%。结论天津辖区高铁车站集中空调通风系统存在卫生问题,应加强集中空调通风系统使用单位的卫生意识,建议定期对集中空调通风系统各主要部件进行清洗、消毒和更换,同时进一步加强卫生监督管理,保障车站职工和旅客身体健康。
Objective To grasp the hygienic conditions of high-speed rail stations in Tianjin area, evaluate the current situation of centralized air-conditioning system pollution correctly and explore the management mode. Methods The health assessment of central air conditioners in high-speed rail stations in the area was conducted. The results showed that inhalable particulates (PM10), airborne bacteria, total fungi, β-hemolytic streptococcus, The total number of fungi, the amount of dust on the inner surface of the duct for on-site sampling and laboratory analysis. Results The passing rate of inhalable particles (PM10) in air supply was 90.0%, the total number of bacteria in air supply was 76.7%, the pass rate of total fungi was 73.3%, the pass rate of β-hemolytic streptococcus was 86.7% The amount of dust on the surface was 8 6.7%, the total number of bacteria was 83.3% and the total number of fungi was 83.3%. Conclusion There are health problems in HVAC system of high speed rail station in Tianjin area. Health awareness of HVAC system should be strengthened. It is suggested that the main components of HVAC system should be cleaned, disinfected and replaced on a regular basis. At the same time, health supervision and management should be further strengthened. Station workers and travelers are in good health.
