研究8-MOP与ATRA单独及联合应用对Mc3细胞的延迟抑制效应。方法:Mc3细胞IC30的经8-MOP、ATRA及二者联合应用5d后,去药接重新种培养,MTT法测定细胞生长曲线。结果:重新接种后5d内Mc3细胞表现为继续生长,而5天后却表现出生长曲线下降。结论:适当剂量的8-MOP、ATRA以及二者联合作用足够的时间对Mc3细胞可产生延迟性生长抑制作用。
To investigate the delayed inhibitory effect of 8-MOP and ATRA alone and in combination on Mc3 cells. Methods: ICCs of Mc3 cells were treated with 8-MOP, ATRA and their combination for 5 days. The cells were re-seeded and cultured with MTT assay. Results: Mc3 cells continued to grow within 5 days after re-inoculation, while the growth curve decreased after 5 days. Conclusion: Adequate dose of 8-MOP, ATRA and their combined effect for a sufficient time can have a delayed growth inhibitory effect on Mc3 cells.
