目的探讨三维能量多普勒超声定量分析在甲状腺良恶性结节鉴别中的应用价值。方法选择2015年2月—2016年2月收治的85例甲状腺结节患者(92个结节)作为研究对象,其中良性结节40例,恶性52个。通过三维能量多普勒超声对本组患者进行诊断。结果良性甲状腺结节总体与四周FI、VI及VFI参数均高于恶性结节(P<0.05)。良性甲状腺结节FI、VI及VFI总体>四周的发生率均低于恶性结节(P<0.05)。结论三维能量多普勒超声定量分析在甲状腺良恶性结节鉴别中具有显著的应用价值,适于临床推广。
Objective To investigate the value of quantitative three-dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant thyroid nodules. Methods Eighty-five patients with thyroid nodules (92 nodules) were enrolled from February 2015 to February 2016. Forty benign nodules and 52 malignant tumors were selected. Three-dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of this group of patients. Results The parameters of FI, VI and VFI in benign thyroid nodules were higher than those in malignant nodules (P <0.05). The incidence of benign thyroid nodules in FI, VI and VFI> four weeks were lower than that in malignant nodules (P <0.05). Conclusion The quantitative analysis of three-dimensional energy Doppler ultrasound in the identification of benign and malignant thyroid nodules has a significant value, suitable for clinical promotion.
