目的了解北京市大兴区放射工作人员放射卫生与防护知识掌握现状,为针对性地开展放射工作人员培训提供依据。方法对该辖区内2012年1月1日前取得《放射工作人员证》的放射工作人员,发放调查表进行现况调查,用Excel建立数据库,SPSS 16.0软件进行统计分析。结果 246人能规范使用个人防护用品,正确佩戴个人剂量计;对放射诊疗准入管理等知识的知晓率为55.28%~57.72%;其中前2项及放射工作相关的法律法规等3个问题二级医疗机构人员知晓情况好于一级及以下医疗机构,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应进一步加强对该区放射工作人员的培训,不断提高放射卫生与防护知识的知晓率,使放射工作人员依法合规的开展放射诊疗活动,确保广大人民群众的放射诊疗安全。
Objective To understand the status quo of knowledge of radiation health and protection among radiation workers in Daxing District of Beijing and to provide the basis for carrying out radiation workers training. Methods Radiological workers who obtained the “Radiological Worker ID” before January 1, 2012 in the area underwent a questionnaire survey to investigate the status quo and establish a database using Excel and SPSS 16.0 software for statistical analysis. Results 246 people can regulate the use of personal protective equipment, wear personal dosimeter properly; the awareness rate of access to radiological diagnosis and treatment and other knowledge was 55.28% ~ 57.72%; of which the first two and laws and regulations related to radioactive work 3 Medical staff knew better than the first-class medical institutions and below, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The training of radiation workers in the area should be further strengthened and the awareness of radioactive hygiene and protection knowledge should be continuously raised so that radioactive workers can conduct radiological diagnosis and treatment activities according to laws and regulations so as to ensure the safety of radiotherapy clinics of the broad masses of the people.
