4月11日16时,杭州楼外楼、开元明都、新新饭店等餐饮单位的专家们准时入座,等待着品评一餐别致的晚宴。18时15分,着装整齐的学生鱼贯而入, 冷菜、雕刻、热菜、点心……一份份精美的菜肴让见多识广的专家们眼前一亮。这次特别的宴会是由浙江商业职业技术学院举办的“2006届烹饪毕业生毕业宴席设计汇报展”,这是该院烹饪专业毕业宴会设计的新尝试。从2005年起,该院烹饪毕业班学生的毕业考核,除了要完成毕业论文的答辩外,还增加了毕业宴会设计的考核。宴会邀请了来自杭州餐饮旅店业同业工会、该校烹饪专业专家指导委员会及相关实习单位的50余位烹饪行业的专家, 面对面地对学生们的作品进行品尝打分,并提出意见和建议。学校意在通过模拟宴会的形式,让学生充分展示自己的技能,为毕业生和用人单位搭建供需见面交流的平台。

At 18:15, neatly dressed students flocked in, cold dishes, sculptures, hot dishes, dim sum ... An exquisite cuisine makes informed experts shines. This special banquet is organized by the Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Commerce, “2006 cooking graduate graduation banquet design exhibition”, which is the hospital cooking professional graduation banquet design new attempt. From 2005 onwards, the graduation examination of the school cooking graduating students, in addition to completing the dissertation defense, but also increased the graduation banquet design assessment. The banquet invited more than 50 experts in the culinary industry from Hangzhou Hospitality Hospitality Industry Trade Union, the culinary expert steering committee and relevant internship units to conduct face-to-face tasting scores on student work and make comments and suggestions. The school aims to give students a full display of their skills by simulating banquets in order to build a platform for graduates and employers to meet and exchange views on supply and demand.
