为掌握我国工程机械制造行业主要产品的质量水平和满足用户需求情况,了解自主品牌同国外品牌间的差异,中国质量协会、全国用户委员会根据1999年《国务院关于进一步加强产品质量工作若干问题的决定》提出的“研究和探索产品质量用户满意度指数评价方法,向消费者提供真实可靠的产品质量信息”要求,于2011年7~9月,以工程机械产品的直接用户为对象,对包括自主品牌和国外品牌在内的主流品牌工程机械进行了用户满意度调查,以期通过用户的使用感受和评价,考察这些品牌的用户满意度和产品质量水平。
