采用电化学腐蚀法测试咪唑啉类IMC-80-BH、有机胺类ZK682和有机磷类N582的缓蚀剂在常温下饱和CO2油田采出液对P110钢的缓蚀行为,用高温高压反应釜借助失重法和腐蚀形貌观察研究了其在高温(80℃)时的缓蚀性能。结果表明:3种缓蚀剂均为阳极抑制型,作用方式为“负催化效应”;3种缓蚀剂均存在浓度极值现象,吸附膜稳定程度随浓度变化差别较大;在油田真实高温高压条件下,有机胺缓蚀剂ZK682缓蚀性能最优。
Corrosion inhibition behavior of P110 steel produced by saturated CO2 oilfield production liquid at room temperature by electrochemical corrosion method was tested by using IMC-80-BH as imidazoline, ZK682 as organic amine and N582 as organic phosphorus as corrosion inhibitor. The results showed that all three kinds of corrosion inhibitors were anode inhibition type and the mode of action was “negative catalytic effect”. The concentrations of three kinds of corrosion inhibitors all showed the extreme value of concentration, and the stability of the adsorption film varied greatly with the concentration. In the oil field Under the condition of real high temperature and high pressure, the corrosion inhibition performance of organic amine corrosion inhibitor ZK682 is the best.
