使用X射线衍射仪和显微硬度计测定了LY12铝合金微等离子体氧化陶瓷膜沿深度方向 的相分布及显微硬度变化曲线.结果表明,铝合金微等离子体氧化陶瓷膜主要由 α-Al_2O_3、γ- Al_2O_3相组成,从表层到里层,α-Al_2O_3相含量逐渐增加.膜的显微硬度沿深度方向变化同 α- Al_2O_3含量变化一致,致密层中显微硬度大于 HV1500,极值点达到 HV2300.
The phase distribution and micro-hardness curve of LY12 aluminum micro-plasma oxidation ceramic membrane in the depth direction were measured by X-ray diffraction and microhardness tester. The results show that the micro-plasma oxidation of aluminum alloy mainly consists of α-Al 2 O 3 and γ-Al 2 O 3 phases, and the content of α-Al 2 O 3 phase increases gradually from the surface to the inside. The change of microhardness of the film along the depth direction is consistent with that of the α-Al 2 O 3. The microhardness of the dense layer is greater than HV 1500 and the extreme point is HV 2300.
