目的比较参芪杀白颗粒联合全国化疗方案和单纯全国化疗方案治疗儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)的临床疗效。方法将患儿分为两组,观察组采用参芪杀白颗粒联合全国化疗方案治疗,对照组单纯应用全国化疗方案治疗,观察两组诱导化疗结束缓解率、早期加强前和停药前微小残留病、化疗中感染情况、长期生存率等指标。结果观察组与对照组首次诱导缓解率和早期加强前的MRD检测结果无显著差异,观察组3年无病生存率较对照组提高,因病例数少,未显示出统计学意义。对82例3年无病生存患儿于停药前检查微小残留病,观察组阴性率明显高于对照组,感染率观察组较对照组明显降低。结论参芪杀白颗粒联合全国化疗方案治疗儿童ALL可起到增效减毒,提高机体的抗病能力,减少感染,清除体内微小残留病等作用,从而达到长期无病生存。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Sha Bai granule combined with the national chemotherapy regimen and simple national chemotherapy regimen in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). Methods The children were divided into two groups. The observation group was treated with Shenqi Kala Bai granule combined with the national chemotherapy regimen. The control group was treated with the national chemotherapy regimen alone. The remission rate of induction chemotherapy was observed in both groups. Disease, chemotherapy, infection, long-term survival and other indicators. Results There was no significant difference between the initial induction rate of remission and the control group before MRD. The 3-year disease-free survival rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The number of cases did not show statistical significance. 82 cases of 3-year disease-free survival in children with minimal residual disease check before stopping, the observation group was significantly higher than the negative rate of the control group, the infection rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Shenqi Sha Bai granule combined with the national chemotherapy for children with ALL can play a synergistic effect of reducing toxicity, improve the body’s resistance to disease, reduce infection, clear the body of minimal residual disease and other effects, so as to achieve long-term disease-free survival.
