一般认为深锥浓密机不具备储矿功能,但对于用于充填的深锥,由于充填作业的间断性,其必须具备一定的储矿功能。不同功能的深锥浓密机对应着不同的泥层高度,因此,有必要分析深锥内部泥层高度的变化规律。针对具有储矿功能的深锥浓密机,建立了计算泥层高度的数学模型。以某矿浓密机设计为例,分析验证了所建立的数学模型。计算结果显示:对于不具备储矿功能的深锥,泥层高度维持在4.55m;对于充填和堆存联合处置的深锥,泥层高度最大值提高了1.22m;对于充填的间断排料方式,泥层最大高度提高了4.11m。此外,由于泥层最大高度的增大,耙子驱动功率也相应增大。
Generally believed that deep cone thickener does not have the ore storage function, but for the filling of the deep cone, due to intermittent filling operations, it must have some storage and storage functions. Deep cone thickener with different functions corresponds to different height of mud layer. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the variation rule of mud layer height in deep cone. Aimed at the deep cone thickener with ore storage function, a mathematical model for calculating the height of mudstone is established. Taking the design of a mine thickener as an example, the mathematical model established is analyzed and verified. The calculation results show that for the deep cone that does not have ore storage function, the height of the muddy layer is maintained at 4.55m. For the deep cone of the combined disposal of filling and stockpiling, the maximum height of the mudstone layer is raised by 1.22m. For the intermittent charging of filling , The maximum height of mud layer increased 4.11m. In addition, due to the increase of the maximum height of the mud layer, the rake drive power also increases accordingly.
