瑞士哈特布尔(Hatebur)公司的AMP—70型多工位自动热镦机大批量生产轴承套圈锻件时,采用组合结构模具是其工具改进的方向之一。平面镦粗的第一工位(图1)采用上、下砧都能游动的组合冲头,这使镦粗工具磨损均匀,能延长其寿命。工具工作表面均匀磨损的原因是,毛坯送到镦粗工位时始终处于同一方位,而上、下砧又都是游动的,因此冲头经常围绕其中心均匀回转,结果使下砧的寿命提高1~2倍,而上砧由于可修磨翻新,其寿命增加5~7倍。
Hatebur’s AMP-70 multi-station automatic upsetting machine for high-volume production of bearing ring forgings, the use of composite mold structure is one of the tools to improve direction. The upsetting first station (Figure 1) uses a combination punch that travels both the upper and lower anvils, allowing the upsetting tool to wear evenly and extend its life. The reason that the working surface of the tool is uniformly worn is that the blank is always in the same orientation when it is sent to the upsetting station and the upper and lower anvils are both swimming and therefore the punch is often rotated uniformly around its center resulting in an increase in the life of the lower anvil 1 to 2 times, and the anvil due to renovation grinding, its life expectancy increased by 5 to 7 times.
