During the 1930s and especially during the agricultural panic of 1932-1943, new trends emerged in the rural land sales and land ownership flows: the continuous rise in land prices, the swift buying and selling of land, the slump in land prices, The land is in a fake surplus due to a shortage of supply. What lies behind all this is that the majority of self-employed farmers accelerate their impoverishment. The original land ownership in the land transaction disappeared in a multi-directional manner and became a one-way flow from small and medium-sized landowners to landlords and city landlords. The degree of zero and no land occupation by self-employed farmers and semi-self-employed farmers became more and more serious. Small and medium-sized landowners also generally declined, while large landowners and urban landowners expanded rapidly and the land rights of the entire country were viciously concentrated.
