大众化餐饮是餐饮业的主要组成部分,它主要是对广大普通消费者提供便利快捷、经济实惠的现代餐饮形式。近年来,随着居民消费水平的提高和“双休日”的实行,居民外出就餐的次数增多,消费增加,大众化成为目前我国餐饮市场的主流,大众化餐饮的发展在一定程度上促进了我国的消费、解决了就业问题,对构建和谐社会和建设节约型社会、提升餐饮业整体水平都有很大的帮助。但由于其自身的安全、卫生隐患大,污染程度高,能耗量大,菜质量量不稳定,服务质量较低等缺陷,又局限了它的发展。本文主要讲述怎样通过改变服务质量来增强大众化餐饮的竞争力,对策是本文的重点。希望对广大餐饮经营者有所借鉴意义。 Popular food and beverage industry is the main component of the restaurant industry, it is mainly for the general public to provide convenient and fast, affordable modern dining. In recent years, with the improvement of residents’ consumption level and the implementation of “weekends”, the number of residents going out for meals has increased, the consumption has increased, and the popularization has become the mainstream of China’s catering market. The development of mass catering has promoted the development of our country’s Consumption, to solve the employment problem, to build a harmonious society and building a conservation-oriented society, improve the overall level of the restaurant industry are of great help. However, due to its own security, hidden dangers of health, high pollution, high energy consumption, unstable quality of food, low quality of service and other defects, but also limited its development. This article focuses on how to enhance the competitiveness of popular dining by changing the quality of service, and countermeasures are the focus of this article.
