目的探讨阿奇霉素加α-干扰素栓对衣原体和支原体宫颈炎的疗效。方法选取 15 9例宫颈分泌物衣原体 (CT)或支原体 (UU)阳性患者 , 组口服阿奇霉素加α-干扰素栓阴道上药 , 组单用口服阿奇霉素 ,用药 1、2疗程后 ,观察 CT和 UU转阴、症状改善、宫颈糜烂治愈和复发情况。结果 组用药 2个疗程后 CT和 UU转阴率 ,宫颈糜烂总有效率和症状改善均优于 组 ,而且复发率明显降低。结论阿奇霉素联合α-干扰素栓是治疗衣原体和支原体宫颈炎的理想方案
Objective To investigate the curative effect of azithromycin and interferon-α on chlamydia and mycoplasma cervicitis. Methods 159 cases of cervical secretions of Chlamydia (CT) or mycoplasma (UU) positive patients, the group oral azithromycin plus α-interferon suppository vaginal drug, the group with oral azithromycin alone, after 1, 2 courses of treatment, CT and UU Negative symptoms, improvement, cure and recurrence of cervical erosion. Results After 2 courses of treatment, the rates of CT and UU negative conversion, the total effective rate of cervical erosion and the improvement of symptoms were better than the group, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower. Conclusion Azithromycin combined with α-interferon suppository is the ideal treatment for chlamydia and mycoplasma cervicitis
