目的:观察正畸与修复联合应用后在成人牙齿错中的治疗效果。方法:共收集2012年7月～2013年2月期间入我院治疗的成人牙齿错患者146例,按1:1比例随机分为两组,每组各73例,对照组采用单纯正畸法,观察组采用正畸与修复联合法。结果:观察组治愈率58.90%、总有效率为100.00%,明显高于对照组治愈率38.36%、总有效率76.71%;差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗后,观察组患者总体满意度及各功能满意度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:正畸与修复联合治疗成人牙齿错可显著提高临床疗效,改善患者的美观度,值得在临床广泛推广和应用。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of orthodontics combined with repair in the treatment of adult dental malocclusion. Methods: A total of 146 adult patients with malocclusion treated in our hospital from July 2012 to February 2013 were randomly divided into two groups according to the ratio of 1: 1, with 73 cases in each group.
