根据中日合作开发五强溪水电站技术协议,电力工业部组成中国五强溪水电站赴日本技术考察组于1980年11月赴日本,对日本水电站建设技术进行了考察,历时15天。考察组在日本期间,先后访问了电源开发公司、东电设计公司、日本工营公司、新日本技术顾问公司;参观了电力中央研究所、科技厅国立防灾研究所、电源开发土木试验所、应用地质调查事务所;还参观了已经建成的黑部四拱坝、手取川土石坝;正在建设的川治拱坝、大内土石坝、大川混凝土重力坝。本文仅介绍在日本考察期间所了解到的坝工地质及基础处理情况,以供参考。
According to the cooperation between China and Japan in the development of the Wuqiangxi Hydropower Station Technical Agreement, the Ministry of Power Industry composed of China’s Wuqiangxi Hydropower Station went to Japan to visit Japan in November 1980 to study Japan’s hydropower station construction technology, which lasted 15 days. During the visit to Japan, the team visited Power Development Corporation, Toei Design Co., Ltd., Japan Camp Corporation and New Japan Technology Consultant Company. They visited the Central Research Institute of Electric Power, National Institute of Disaster Prevention Science and Technology Agency, Civil Engineering Laboratory for Power Development, Application of geological survey firm; also visited the already built black Department of four arch dam, hand take Sichuan earth dam; is under construction in Sichuan arch dam, large construction earth dam, Dacheng concrete gravity dam. This article only describes the dam geology and foundation treatment that was learned during the inspection in Japan for reference.
