国际传播是国家战略的一部分,独特的地域使新疆主流媒体的国际传播具有不可替代的重要作用。作为中国多民族聚居的边疆地区,新疆成为我国对外开放特别是对中亚及其辐射地区的重要门户,是中国国际传播的西部主力。新疆国际传播的多向度特征使其影响力不仅仅关乎新疆形象,更与中国形象直接相连,而且会影响周边,波及世界更多地区。国际传播面对的受众呈现极大的差异,由于传播资源的有限性和受众之间存在的客观差异,只有在了解受众的基础上,才能制定针对性较强的传播战略,从而达到塑造现代中国形象,提升国际传播效果的目标。本文将新疆主流媒体国际传播落地国受众进行分类,并锁定目标受众。在此基础上根据不同时期、不同传播策略进行细分,确定目标受众,通过对目标受众的了解,制定具有针对性的传播内容和策略,达到较好的传播效果。
International communication is part of the national strategy. The unique geographical area makes the international communication of the mainstream media in Xinjiang an irreplaceable and important part. As a frontier region inhabited by many ethnic groups in China, Xinjiang has become an important gateway to China’s opening up to the outside world, especially to Central Asia and its radiation regions. It is also the main force in the western part of China’s international spread. The multidimensional nature of Xinjiang’s international communications has made its influence not only related to the image of Xinjiang but also directly linked to the image of China. It also affects the surrounding areas and affects more parts of the world. Due to the limited communication resources and the objective difference between the audiences, it is only by understanding the audiences that we can make a more targeted communication strategy so as to achieve the goal of shaping the modern China Image, to enhance the international dissemination of the goal. This article classifies the audiences in the mainstream of international communication in Xinjiang and secures their target audiences. On this basis, according to different periods and different communication strategies, the target audiences are identified and subdivided according to different periods of time. Targeted communication contents and strategies are formulated through the understanding of target audiences to achieve better communication effects.
