半导体放大电路是中学物理课的一个重点,由于电路比较复杂,往往不易为高中学生所接受,因此如何进行这部分内容的教学成为一个很重要的课题。本文试就这一问题,谈谈一些做法。一,合理地简化电路在半导体放大电路教学中,有时还须把一个电路分成若干部分,分别研究其中每一部分,然后把它们的最本质的东西综合起来,以形成概念。基于这一出发点,我们把比较复杂的分压式电流负反馈偏置电路(如图1),做了这样的简化t把黑线部分画在黑板上如图2所示,然后,再改画成图3的样子。
