目的对一起食物中毒事件进行流行病学调查,查明事件原因。方法按照原卫生部制订的食源性疾病调查登记表进行流行病学调查,按照GB/T 4789-2014《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验》、WS/T 81-1996《副溶血性弧菌食物中毒诊断标准及处理原则》、WS/T 9-1996《变形杆菌食物中毒诊断标准及处理原则》、GB 5749-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》、GB 5750-2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》进行标本检测。结果经调查检索,本次事件确诊病例47例,临床症状符合细菌性食物中毒表现,4名病例的粪便标本副溶血性弧菌阳性。结论本次事件为一起副溶血性弧菌引起的食物中毒事件。
Objective To conduct an epidemiological investigation of a food poisoning incident and find out the cause of the incident. Methods Epidemiological investigation was conducted according to the foodborne disease investigation registration form formulated by the Ministry of Health. According to GB / T 4789-2014 “National Food Safety Standard Microbiological Examination”, WS / T 81-1996 “Vibrio parahaemolyticus Food poisoning diagnostic criteria and principles of treatment ”, WS / T 9-1996“ Proteus food poisoning diagnostic criteria and principles ”, GB 5749-2006“ drinking water health standards ”, GB 5750-2006“ drinking water health standards ” Specimens tested. Results After investigation and searching, 47 cases of this incident were confirmed, the clinical symptoms were in accordance with the performance of bacterial food poisoning, and four cases of stool specimens were positive for Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Conclusion This incident is a food poisoning caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
