油井结蜡是油田在生产开发过程中经常会出现的一种情况,同时由于油井结蜡很容易造成卡井事故的发生,从而对油田生产质量造成极大的阻碍。而随着我国科技的飞速发展,热洗清蜡技术被广泛应用于油井清蜡工作当中,其具备见效快、操作便捷等优势,是各大油田较为青睐的清蜡方法。但在热洗清蜡过程中,由于热洗周期、热洗参数等问题造成热洗清蜡工作见效慢、热效率低等情况,并造成一定程度的油层污染,对油田生产造成极大的影响。综上所述,本文将对油井热洗清蜡的标准化方法进行探索,旨在提升热洗清蜡的工作效率,并为油田生产质量提高做出贡献。 Waxing of oil well is a kind of situation that often occurs in oilfield during the process of production and development. At the same time, it is easy for oil well to wax and cause well accident, which greatly hinders oilfield production quality. With the rapid development of science and technology in our country, hot wax cleaning technology is widely used in oil well cleaning and waxing work. It has the advantages of quick response, convenient operation and so on. It is the preferred method of wax removal in major fields. However, in the process of hot cleaning and waxing, hot cleaning and wax cleaning work is slow and has low thermal efficiency due to the problems of hot wash cycle and hot wash parameters, which causes a certain degree of oil layer pollution and greatly affects oilfield production. To sum up, this paper will explore the standardization method of well cleaning wax to improve the working efficiency of waxing and cleaning, and contribute to the improvement of oilfield production quality.
