延边朝鲜族自治州龙井市,地处吉林省东部边疆,1979年建所。1982年以来,实施以消灭传染源为主的技术政策,对初治病人采用短化,标化时期遗留的复治病人,予以含RFP的化疗方案治疗。初治涂阳病人疗程结束痰菌阴转率为99.6％,2年随访远期疗效,复发率为1.5％;复治涂阳痰菌阴转率为81.8％。1980年以来,结核病死亡专率年平均递降率为17.5％、登记率年平均递降率为15.4％,涂阳登记率年平均递降率为14.0％,取得了满意的效果。
Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture Longjing City, located in the eastern border of Jilin Province, built in 1979. Since 1980, the annual average rate of decline in the specific rate of TB death was 17.5%, the annual average rate of decline in enrollment rate was 15.4%, and the annual average rate of decline in registration rate of smear was 14.0%. Satisfactory results were obtained.
