板材多点渐进成形过程复杂、影响因素多,各种参数的选择对成形质量和效率有很大影响。在MSC.MARC环境中对四棱锥体的多点渐进成形过程建立了有限元模型,建立相应的实验方案,探讨了板材在渐进成形过程中不同参数对等效应变的影响情况,并对分布情况进行了分析。研究结果表明:进给量的增大使得等效应变随之增大,离工具头越近的点影响越显著;进给速度增大使得等效应变随之增大,但增大到一定的数值以后,对等效应变的影响显著降低;成形角度对于等效应变的影响不大。
