河北省科学院微生物研究所,通过对大量低温驯化处理的草菇孢子反复筛选,选出了抗逆性强、耐低温性能好、产量高的GV34菌株。1990年6月5日通过省级鉴定。经过三年的生产试验表明,此菌株以棉籽皮作原料的生物学效率为40%左右,以稻草作原料的为25%左右,用废棉籽皮或平菇废料的为20%左右。在23℃较低温度下和昼夜温差大的情况下,能正常出菇。与一般草菇生产菌株比较,菌丝生长温度降低4—6℃,出菇温度降低2—3℃,因此使用此菌株
