很多民营企业(尤其是中小型)发展到今天都有一个共同的感觉:越做越难。他们叹息生意不好做了,钱不好赚了。原因在哪里?他们更多地把原因归之于客观,而对自身缺乏理性的审视。这几年我一直跟民企打交道,先是在民企任职,从部门经理到副总,后是出来做职业策划人,也是多与民企交往。这些经历为我研究民营企业提供了宝贵的现实材料。市场经济发展到今天已经进入品牌竞争阶段。那么,在这种形势下的中国民营企业存在哪些亟待解决的问题?
Many private enterprises (especially small and medium-sized ones) have developed a common feeling today: they are getting harder and harder. They sigh that business is not done well and money is not earned. Where are the reasons? They attribute more to the objective and lack a rational look at themselves. In the past few years, I have been dealing with private enterprises, first in private enterprises, from department managers to deputy generals, then came out to do career planners, but also more exchanges with private enterprises. These experiences provided valuable practical materials for my research on private enterprises. The development of the market economy has entered the stage of brand competition today. So, what problems need to be solved in China’s private enterprises in this situation?
