樱桃可分为中国樱桃和西洋樱桃。中国樱桃(Prunus pseudocerasus Lindl.)原产我国,3000年前已作为珍果栽培,主要分布在长江流域,浙江省是主产区之一。本文所研究的是中国樱桃。农谚说:“枇杷开花过年,还是樱桃成熟在前”,道出了樱桃是一年中成熟最早的水果。其成熟时正值春末夏初鲜果淡季;果形虽小,但色彩艳丽,风味佳良,深受消费者喜爱。近年随着旅游业和食品工业的发展,对樱桃需求量与日俱增,价格甚高,各地均有发展樱桃的愿望。摸清资源情况,生态环境,发掘优良株系和改进繁殖方法是发展樱桃生产的前提。为此我们于1985~1987年连续3年对上述问题开展调查研究。
Cherries can be divided into Chinese cherry and Western cherry. Prunus pseudocerasus Lindl., Originated in China, has been cultivated as a precious fruit 3000 years ago, mainly distributed in the Yangtze River valley. Zhejiang Province is one of the main producing areas. This article is about Chinese cherry. Agricultural proverb said: “Chinese New Year loquat blossom, or cherry mature in front,” tells the cherry is ripe fruit of the earliest year. It is ripe at the beginning of spring and early summer fresh fruit off-season; fruit shape is small, but colorful, good flavor, by consumers. In recent years, with the development of tourism and food industry, the demand for cherries has been increasing day by day, and the price is very high. Cherry cherries are all over the world. Finding out the resources, the ecological environment, exploring the fine lines and improving the breeding methods are the prerequisites for the development of cherry production. To this end, we conducted a survey on the above issues for three consecutive years from 1985 to 1987.
